CS-3000 Series Spectroradiometer
The CS-3000 series spectroradiometer is available in three models. Alongside the flagship CS-3000 HDR and standard CS-3000, the lineup includes the cost-effective CS-2000 Plus. Building on the proven CS-2000 platform, this model features a high-speed computing CPU, new algorithms, and the INTELLIGENT DARK function.
LA-506A Multi-view Spectrometer
The LA-506A integrates six spectrometer probes arranged for different viewing angles, along with a dedicated probe for flicker analysis. This solid-state design eliminates mechanical movement, enabling rapid acquisition of luminance, chromaticity, color shift JNCD, and flicker data across all six angles. The system supports luminance and chromaticity calculations in accordance with both CIE 1931 and CIE 170-2015 standards.
DI Series Imaging Colorimeter
The DI Series, developed by Fstar, is a family of area-scanning optical measurement instruments dedicated to automated optical inspection (AOI) for flat-panel displays. It incorporates a cooled scientific image sensor to deliver high-fidelity imaging performance and integrates a dedicated spectrometer optical path to ensure high-precision measurements of luminance and chromaticity.
Available in resolutions ranging from 12 MP to 61 MP, the series is engineered to meet a wide spectrum of user testing requirements.
