The DA Series, developed by Fstar, is an area-type optical measuring instrument for automatic optical inspection (AOI) of flat panel displays (FPDs).

The DA-3000C integrates a small luminance and chrominance meter for calibration, which performs real-time calibration on the luminance and chrominance values measured by the CCD. This ensures excellent luminance and chrominance accuracy even when measuring light sources of different spectral types.

It can measure luminance and chrominance uniformity data at 5/9/13/17/25 points or arbitrary M*N matrix points.

● Automatic Alignment Measurement
No strict positioning of the product is required. Even if the product is placed at an angle, automatic measurement is still possible. The software can automatically calculate the slope and sample points according to the correct arrangement.

● Luminance Distribution Map
It allows visual checking of the luminance distribution trend across the entire light-emitting surface, making it easy to identify products with abnormal luminescence (such as light leakage).

● Production Line Integration
It can be integrated with production line systems for convenient product control, avoiding false detection or missed detection caused by human factors. The software logs record measurement results of each product for easy query.

Users can set qualification criteria and ranges for machine models, enabling automatic pass/fail determination.

Software Functions

Luminance and Chrominance Measurement & Analysis
The imaging luminance meter is suitable for measuring regular and special-shaped screens, such as regular rectangular screens, hole-punch screens, and notch screens. It automatically identifies and captures the light-emitting surface of FPDs, measures parameters like central point luminance, chrominance, and uniformity, and simulates luminance and chrominance trend graphs based on the actual luminance of the product.

Firefly Measurement
The imaging luminance meter measures luminance distribution in edge areas.

Special Measurement
The imaging luminance meter measures luminance and chrominance in designated product areas (arbitrarily shaped areas).

Luminous Cross-Section Analysis
The imaging luminance meter can perform measurement and analysis of luminance and chrominance at cross-sections at any position in the horizontal and vertical directions of the light-emitting surface.
