System Features
Description of Driving Power Supplies:
- Total 100 stations, each equipped with two types of power supplies to support testing of two different products.
- 8-channel independent power supply FS-P8CH: voltage output 0-20V, current output 0~18mA.
- 8-channel independent power supply FS-P8CH-BIG: voltage output 0-20V, current output 0~200mA.
- The two types of power supplies can be used for mixed testing across the 100 stations without designated station numbers.
- Both power supplies provide independent interfaces, facilitating the design of downstream current boards.
OLED Device Lifetime Testing Software
Adopting a split front-end and back-end architecture: the front-end is responsible for data viewing and measurement condition setup, while the back-end controls program operation and log recording. During measurement, operation on the front-end interface achieves complete smoothness without lag, and the software responds quickly.
