5-Axis Optical Testing System for Mobile Phone/Tablet Module Screens FS-GAR Series

The FS-GAR Series is a 5-axis fully automatic system designed for optical characteristic testing of mobile phone or tablet module screens. It complies with standards such as VESA FPDM 2.0 and Information Display Measurement Standard. For the convenience of fixing mobile phone module screens, the sample fixing fixture is placed horizontally.

System Features

  1. The fixed tabletop can be optionally equipped with a porous ceramic vacuum adsorption stage, facilitating the fixation of hard screens or OLED flexible screen modules without causing abnormal display on flexible OLED screen modules due to uneven adsorption force.
  2. It is compatible with communication control of over ten domestic and foreign brand models of module signal generators, and also supports control of customer-developed signal boards with communication protocols.
  3. Optional accessories such as a grayscale response time meter, ACR testing light source, and specular reflection light source can be added to realize testing of grayscale response time, ambient light contrast ratio, and specular reflectance.
  4. Supports automatic avoidance of non-light-emitting area points during 135-point testing for notch screens, waterdrop screens, punch-hole screens, and rounded-corner screens.
  5. An optional visual positioning industrial camera can automatically identify the position of the light-emitting area of the mobile phone screen and its placement slope, and automatically correct the slope to horizontal. No manual three-point positioning of the light-emitting area is required.
  6. During omnidirectional viewing angle testing, it can generate omnidirectional viewing angle distribution maps of white screen luminance, black screen luminance, contrast ratio, and color difference.

  4. Grayscale Gamma at vertical angles and any angles
  5. Multiple types of crosstalk
  6. Checkerboard residual image
  7. Contrast ratio
  8. Grayscale response time and flicker
  9. Horizontal/vertical viewing angles, omnidirectional viewing angles
  10. Firefly testing
  11. Omnidirectional diffuse reflectance (Optional)
  12. Contrast under ambient light illumination at omnidirectional angles (Optional)
  13. Module screen power consumption
  14. User-defined programming testing
  15. Optional specular reflection measurement module
