OLED Panel Alignment Machine

FS-2LT is a machine developed by FSTAR for achieving alignment between panels and FPCs (Flexible Printed Circuits) during bonding. It supports bonding testing of both flexible and rigid products.

① Users perform bonding by pressing the move/press down buttons on the operation console. The software controls the CCD to move to the corresponding workstation, and through the real-time interface, users observe the alignment of FPC and panel alignment marks. They manually adjust the panel position for aligned bonding and control the PG (Pattern Generator) to light up the product.

② After users confirm no abnormalities in lighting, they turn off the PG output and remove the fixture tray.
